Becamex Binh Duong’s Captain Anh Duc won the 2015 Golden Ball at a ceremony held in Ho Chi Minh City on Wednesday.
The 30-year-old striker, who moved to the club from Dong A Bank in 2006, has scored 52 goals in 107 matches.
He also played in 19 matches for the national team and scored five goals.
Hanoi T&T’s Van Quyet successfully defended his Silver Ball title at the annual event organized by Sai Gon Giai Phong newspaper.
Another Becamex Binh Duong striker, Cong Vinh, won the Bronze Ball title. The 30-year-old football star has made headlines after being enrolled in Hanoi Law University this week.
In women’s football, Hanoi 1’s striker Minh Nguyen won the Golden Ball award.
